Meijer Second Annual Holiday Skills Development Clinic
DEADLINE TO SIGN UP HAS BEEN EXTENDED!
The Saginaw Spirit Holiday Skills Development Clinic is back by popular demand - and just in time for the holiday season! The clinic will take place on December 29th at TheDow Event Center in Saginaw
The Skills Development Clinic makes a great holiday gift at an affordable rate of only $79 per person! In addition to learning the fundamentals of hockey and skills like stick handling, power skating and passing, participants will receive a Spirit t-shirt, a pizza party with private autograph session with the Spirit team and a ticket to the December 30th Spirit home game!
There are two sessions - participants ages 7-8 will be on the ice from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and participants ages 9-11 will be on the ice from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. In addition to getting on-ice instruction from the Spirit coaching staff and players, participants can watch a full team practice from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM!
The Saginaw Spirit host the London Knights on December 30th at 7:11 PM. Parents of the Skills Development Clinic can purchase additional tickets at a special group rate of $6.50 per upper level ticket!

Bay Regional Medical Center Skate Shoot Score Hockey Skills Competition
The Bay Regional Medical Center Skate Shoot Score Hockey Skills Competition has returned for its third season! Sign up to participate in one of three qualifiers than take on other top area players in the finals on Saturday, February 21st.
Participants take part in four different categories - Fastest Skater, Shooting Accuracy, Breakaway Shootout and Hardest Shot. There is also a goalie competition!
The cost to register for the Bay Regional Medical Center Skate Shoot Score Hockey Skills Competition is only $20 per participant!
Skate Shoot Score participants receive a Saginaw Spirit puck, a Skate Shoot Score T-Shirt and a Saginaw Spirit upper level ticket voucher that can be used for any non-sold out home game!
Winners from each age group in each category will receive a commemorative medal and four (4) Spirit upper level tickets to a designated home game.
QUALIFIERS:
Friday, January 2 2009; 1:00 PM
Tuesday, January 6 2009; 7:00 PM
Sunday, January 11 2009; 12:00 PM
*Participants must qualify at one of the listed session, held at TheDow Event Center.
AGE GROUPS:
Group 1 - 6 and under
Group 2 - Ages 7-8
Group 3 - Ages 9-10
Group 4 - Ages 11-12
