The Spirit picked up Haskins in an August 2006 trade with the Toronto St. Michael's Majors. Holds the Spirit assist streak record at 11 games. Played his 300th career OHL game on March 18th, 2007. With Toronto: Represented the Majors in the 2006 OHL All Star Classic. Led the Majors with 5 shorthanded goals in 2005-06. He notched 15 points during a seven game scoring streak in 2005. He also played in the 2004 CHL Top Prospects Game.
