Casino in the Crease

The Saginaw Spirit hockey club is proud to partner with Synergy Medical Education Alliance for the first annual 'Casino in the Crease' night on November 1st, 2008.  The charity event, which raises funds for medical mission trips, takes place at TheDow Event Center from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM in Unity Hall.

The night's entertainment includes casino games like Roulette, Craps, Blackjack and Poker.  Buy in is only $20 ($10 for Spirit Season Ticket Holders) and includes a ticket to that night's Spirit game!  Fans can use their winnings to claim great prizes like a MayTag Washer & Dryer, a Charter Fishing Trip, and a Spirit 7-Eleven Family Value Season Ticket Plan.  The grand prize is a one week cruise to the Belize Reef and Cays.

The night is full of action, with the Spirit welcoming the Oshawa Generals and phenom John Tavares.  In addition to the 'Casino in the Crease' event, the Spirit are partnering with the Michigan Community Blood Centers a 'Give Blood, Play Hockey' blood drive.  The MayTag Store of Saginaw will be giving away a set of new Epic 3000 MayTag laundry machines in conjuction with a visit from the MayTag man!
